General Policy

These are Rackmount Distribution's standard return policies only to products purchased by you directly from the colomachine.com website.

• All product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You may obtain an RMA number by contacting Colomacine Customer Service through e-mail at supportcm@colomachine.com or via fax RMA request form to (516) 997-5784.
• All returns are subject to 15% restocking fee except if we made an error with the order.
• Products that are not eligible for return and will be send back to you at your cost and expense if received by us.
• Any Product not purchased from colomachine.com
• Any Product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product.
• Any Product that exhibits physical damage.
• Scratches on the cover or on server chassis.

Out-of-stock (back-order) system

 If ColoMachine no longer carries an item that is sent in for replacement, or if that item is simply out of stock, the item will be sent to our RMA department. You will be notified via e-mail of two options: (1) ColoMachine can send you a comparable replacement item, or (2) ColoMachine can issue you a refund at the current market value of the product. A current-market-value refund may not exceed the original invoice price. If the item is returned within 30 days of the original invoice date, a refund will be issued.

Quantity Purchases

If you place an order for quantity of five (5) or more of our 1U systems on a single purchase, once purchase is completed, the order is automatically non-refundable.

Standard 30 day return policy

This is our Standard 30-Day Return Policy. Item cover by this policy must be returned to Rackmount Distribution within 30 day of the invoice date for this policy to apply. "Return" constitutes receipt of the product by Rackmount Distribution, and not the mere issuance of an RMA.

• Return for refund within 30 days.
• Return for replacement with in 30 days.
• Restocking fee is 15%.
