If we provide you with our Windows 2000 Server License Key can you install it on the servers before you ship them? If yes what will be the charge for it?

To lower the server costs, we do not offer custom software installation service. We do offer standard Redhat Linux, Centos and FreeBSD installation service at $12.00 per machine. Please keep in mind that we are using hard disk duplicators for the standard installation. We are not able to change the default settings of the Redhat and FreeBSD installation.

Are there any Bulk Purchase Discounts?

 Unfortunately, the price is already at rock bottom.

Are you selling used or refurbished machines?

We only sell brand new machines. They are made of quality brand name parts. You could build a similar machine using the parts listed, but at a much higher price. Not to mention, we are making sure that every ColoMachine® works well under Windows 2000, Redhat Linux and FreeBSD operating systems. You don't have to worry about operating system compatibility issues.

Can I call you to place an order? What is your phone number?

We do not accept telephone orders. Please use our on-line ordering system to place your order. Please keep in mind that it is costly for us to maintain a call center.

I would like to order a CM unit using my credit card. Do you offer drop-ship to my co-location provider?

No, at this time we do not offer drop-ship service. We can only ship to your credit card's billing address. You will have to re-ship the server to your co-location provider.

Do you offer extended warranties?

Yes, we offer extended warranties. It costs an additional $69.00 per machine per year, or $99.00 per machine for two years. The service is available at the time of your order.

If we were to purchase five of these, would there be any sort of discount?

We do offer multi-pack SKU. You might be able to take advantage of the multi-pack discount.

Can the server be dropped shipped?

Yes, we can do offer a conditional drop-ship service. The order must be pre-paid with a bank wire transfer or a cashier check.

Defective Server Replacement Requests (After the initial 30 days of purchase)

Each ColoMachine® server comes with twelve (12) months of limited warranty covering parts and labor cost of replacing the defective unit. Simply send a request to support@colomachine.com We will take care of the rest.
