International Customer Order FAQs
Do you accept Credit Card, PO or LC for International Order?
No Purchase Order or bank’s letter of credit will be accepted. We do not currently accept international credit cards.
What method of shipment do you offer for shipping to other country ?
Our primary air carrier is Fedex. Usually the transit time is about 5 to 6 business day via Fedex International Economy excluding customs clearing delay. Customer is responsible for tax and duties. We also use special cargo carrier for volume shipment.
What method of payment do you accept ?
For international order, we only accept bank wire transfer. We will send you a proforma invoice with bank wire transfer instruction. The invoice must be paid in full before we can release the order for shipment.
How do you handle RMA replacement?
Since it is not cost effective for customer to return the complete system back to us for repair, customer will have to send back the defective part(s) instead. Our technical support staff will help you to identify the defective components. Upon receiving the defective part, we will send a replacement part via US Postal Service to you. Typical transit time is about ten (10) days for international customer.
