 We
are pleased to introduce the newest version of our CM61
low cost 1U server. The new CM61 1U rackmount server has
been re-engineered to support the newest generation
of Intel processors. The
new CM61 supports the socket 478 and the new LGA775 socket
processor.
In addition, it offers
new features such as front accessible USB ports, shorter
chassis length and a better air flow layout. With these
new features, we are still offering
the CM61 at the same low price as always.
The ColoMachine CM61 1U rackmount server is
based on the Gigabyte GA-8VM800M microATX motherboard.
It comes with an Intel Celeron 2.0 Ghz Processor with 128
Mb Level 2 Cache Memory with
a 400MHz system bus, a high performance 512 MB DDR400 Non-ECC
memory modules and a 80GB 7200 RPM SATA IDE Hard Drive
with 8 Mega Byte Cache memory.
In addition, the CM61 1U server uses innovative thermal
cooling design to keep the CPU core temperature running
below 70° C
under a full stress condition.
 Besides
a well designed hardware support, the new CM61 1U servers
also offer an impressive operating system compatibility
list. Most of the popular operating systems such as Windows
XP professional, Windows 2003 server, Red hat and FreeBsd
are tested to ensure hardware
