At this time, we only offer one server model (CM51D and CM52). We do not offer custom configure server. In order to provide the webhosting and co-location markets with the lowest possible prices on 1U servers, the above servers have been pre-built in mass quantities In the future, we will make additional low-cost models available to the public.
4.Do you ship the servers for free or we have to bear the
shipping charge?
You have to pay for the shipping and handling charge. The on-line ordering system will display the shipping and handling charge at the time of your order.
5.How many years of replacement guarantee do you provide?
ColoMachine servers come with 12 months warranty. It covers both parts and labor. For more information, please read the “Returns/Guarantee section” of the Ordering Information.

6.If we provide you with our Windows 2000 Server License Key can you install it on the servers before you ship them? If yes what will be the charge for it?
To keep down the server cost, we do not offer software-installation service. However, we do install standard version of Redhat Linux and FreeBSD at $12.00 per installation. Please keep in mind that we use hard disk duplicators for standard Redhat Linux and FreeBSD installation. We cannot change the default setting in Redhat and FreeBSD.
7.Are there any Bulk Purchase Discounts?
Unfortunately, the price is already at rock bottom.
8. Are you selling used or refurbished machines?
No, ColoMachine only sells brand new machines. They are made of quality brand name parts. You could build the same machine using the parts listed, but at much higher prices. Not to mention, we have done tons of test to make sure that our servers worked well under Redhat Linux and FreeBSD.
9.Can I call you to place an order? What is your phone number?
We do not accept telephone orders. Please use the on-line ordering system. Please keep in mind that it is very costly for us to maintain a call center.
10.Do you offer reseller discounts?

13. I would like to order a CM-51D using my credit card. Do you offer drop-ship to my co-location provider?
No, at this time we only ship to your credit card’s billing address. You have to re-ship the server to your co-location provider.
14. Do you offer extended warranty?
Yes, we offer extended warranty at $69.00 per machine per year. It can be purchased when you place your order.
15. How can I be
sure you'll be around six months from now?
ColoMachine has a solid business plan and vision for the next five to ten years. We are in business for long-term, not a quick buck. Since February 2000, we have been wholesaling low-cost server platforms to system integrators and resellers. Recently, we begin offering the same low price servers that we offered to our resellers directly to our webhositng customers via on-line. Our strong resellers and webhosting customer bases help ensure that we will be going strong indefinitely into the future.
16. If we were to purchase five of these, would there be any sort of discount?

17. Does it come with rear-mounting brackets?
The unit does not come with rear-mounting brackets. You can purchase it separately at $25.00 per pair.
18. Is the case black or beige?
CM-51D actually comes in black top and metal body.
CM-52 comes in blue top and metal body.
Colors might change due to shortage.
19. Can the case be sold separately from the parts (just parts needed)?

20. Can the server be dropped shipped?
Yes, we do drop ship. However, the order must be pre-paid by a bank wire transfer or a cashier check.

All CM units are fully loaded server. It can be powered up without additional part.

past the first 30 days of purchase, we cannot cross-ship a replacement unit to
you due to cost issue. We will issue
