ColoMachine offers the best source for co-location and
dedicated servers hardware. By
ordering large volumes of 1U/2U servers that are in high
demand among webhosters, ColoMachine receives sizable discounts
that is passed on to the web hosting community. ColoMachine
will continue to increase its discounts as the webhosters’ support
grows. We sell exclusively via the Internet. ColoMachine
is a division of Rackmount Distribution Inc. specialized
in manufacturing low-cost co-location servers

we do have a physical shipping location based in the state

How to obtain price quotes for server?
- Click the “Buy One” or “Need
Quote” button,
and put the product(s) that interest you in the basket.
- Select other options then click “Next”.
- Enter qty you want then Click “Next”.
- Enter User Name and Password. If you are a new user,
click “Create Account” to create a login account.
To PRINT price quote
- Click the PQId number
- Select File, Print to print your price quote.
To receive e-mail copy
- Click “Email to me”
- Note: Price quote will send to the e-mail address you set up on your User Information profile.

How to add servers to MyBasket?

How to Order Server?

- Click “Buy” for the system under valid price
quotes. (Price Quote ID is arrange from new to old quote date)
- Click “Checkout”
- Verify Shipping Address then click “Next”
- Select Shipping Method and Tax Rate (if applicable) then
click “Next”
- Enter Discount Code if available
- Select Payment Method then click “Next”
- Click “Submit Order” to complete your order

Shipping Information
Orders received on In-stock items are ship the same day
before 1:00PM EST (Monday – Friday). Orders
received after 1:00PM EST will be ship the next business
day.
We can only ship your order to your credit card billing
address or an authorized shipping address listed on your
credit card.
Some orders may be held longer for credit card verification
process. This situation happens when the shipping address
provided is not the same as your credit card billing address.
Note that the shipping services do not deliver on weekends. Delivery
times are calculated in terms of number of business days. For
example, a UPS 1 Day PM order shipped on Friday will
be delivered on Monday (assuming Monday is not a holiday).
Please note that all customs charges and fees, if any,
are the responsibility of the recipient. A call to your
customs office should clarify the issue.
Inventory
In-stock servers are indicated with an “in-stock” wording
on the ordering website.

Returns / Guarantee
We guarantee satisfaction on your ColoMachine purchase.
Any ColoMachine may be returned in original condition (no
scratches on the cover or server chassis) within 30 days
of receipt of your shipment, after requesting a return
authorization code from support@colomachine.com.
Once we receive the server in original resalable condition
(no scratches on the cover or on server chassis), we will
refund the server purchasde price to your credit card,
excluding shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee. If your
order was paid for via check, you will receive credit to
your Bookpool account.
ColoMachine servers come with 12 months warranty (parts & labor).

30
Days DOA (Dead on Arrival) Replacement Requests
ColoMachine offers a convenient way of replacing server(s)
that are non-functional or dead on arrival (DOA) within
the first 30 days of purchase. Simply send a request to support@colomachine.com.
We will take care of the rest.
Steps for handling 30 Days DOA Requests
1.
Send a request to support@colomachine.com
2.
A tech support technician will issue you an RMA number
and the return shipping address for returning the defective
unit.
3.
A new replacement unit will be shipped to you via UPS Ground
Service* within 48 hours. At
the same time, your credit card will be charged the amount
of the defective unit.
4.
After we receive the defective unit, we will issue a refund
to your credit card for the cost of the defective unit.
* Faster shipping methods are available for additional
fees. ColoMachine
pays the shipping cost of the replacement unit to customer. Customer
is responsible for the return shipping cost to ColoMachine.

other type of payment methods were used for purchasing
ColoMachine servers.

Defective
Server Replacement Requests (After
the initial 30 days of purchase)
Each ColoMachine server comes with twelve (12) months
of limited warranty covering parts and labor cost of replacing
the defective unit. Simply send a request to support@colomachine.com. We will take care of the rest.
Steps for handling Defective Server Replacement Requests
1.
Send a request to support@colomachine.com
2.
A tech support technician will issue you an RMA number
and the return shipping address for returning the defective
unit.
3.
Pack the defective server unit using the original ColoMachine
shipping box or ColoMachine approved shipping container**.
4.
Once, we receive the defective unit; allow three (3) business
days for repairing the defective unit.
5.
A repaired unit will be shipping to you via UPS Ground
Service*.
* Faster shipping methods are available for additional
fees. ColoMachine
pays the shipping cost of the replacement unit to customer. Customer
is responsible for the return shipping cost to ColoMachine.
** Please send e-mail to support@colomachine.com for
a list of approved shipping containers.

Server Configuration Requests (Hardware or Software)
Currently we do not accept custom configuration orders.
In order to provide the lowest possible prices, the servers
have been pre-built in mass quantities. They are available
on a first-come-first-serve basis. We do not take back
order. If the above unit is out-of-stock, please check

Order placed within United States and Canada
We accept Discover/MasterCard/Visa/AMEX* orders and pre-payment
by check and money order.
Credit cards are charged on the day of shipping the order.
On your credit card bill the vendor will show as PCW Microsystems,
Inc.
If you are paying by check or money

Please include a screen-printout of your order, so that
we can identify your payment. Orders paid for by check
will be shipped once the check clears.
Credit Card Order Policies:

ColoMachine will only ship product(s) to customer’s credit
card billing address or an authorized credit card shipping
address. The credit card billing address is the address
where customer receives his or her monthly credit card
statement.
2.
We do not ship to Postal Office Boxes (PO Box).
3.
We do not “drop ship” order to a data center.

We accept bank wire transfer and pre-payment.

ColoMachine WWW site supports SSL, which allows you to
submit confidential information securely and conveniently.
Furthermore, any change to your ColoMachine account shipping
address requires that the credit card information be re-entered
to verify your identity, and sends an e-mail to you notifying
you of the change.
If you do not feel comfortable submitting your information
via the Internet, you can FAX (516-997-5784) the information.
Please include all of the following information:
a new password, name, e-mail, shipping address, form of
payment, and if paying via credit card, your card number
/ expiration date and credit card billing address.
