1. I have a support question can I call
you?
To lower the support costs, we do not offer technical support service over the
phone. Please send us your support
question(s) to support@colomachine.com

2. Does ColoMachine come with rear-mounting
brackets?
The unit does not come with rear-mounting brackets. You can purchase it separately
at $25.00 per pair. However, it does come with two front ears which also serve
to center-mount the unit in a two post rack.

3.One of the servers I bought from you
is down due to unknown hardware issue. I need a replacement server fast. Can you cross-ship a replacement unit
to me?
The answers are both yes and no.
Yes -
If the defective unit is still within the first 30 days of purchase, we will
cross-ship a replacement unit to you. Please see the 30 Days DOA (Dead on Arrival)
Replacement Requests
section of the Ordering Information for more detail.
No -
If the defective unit has past the first 30 days of purchase, we cannot cross-ship
a replacement unit to you due to cost issue. We will issue you a RMA number for
returning the defective unit. Please keep in mind that it
takes three business days of turn-around-time to get the unit repaired. Please
see the Defective Server Replacement Requests section of the Ordering Information
for detail.
Note: We ship the replacement unit using the standard UPS Ground Service.
Depending on your location, it might take up to five business days before receiving
the replacement
unit

4. Are there any other ways to speed up
the replacement process?
Yes, you buy a stand-by unit or spare unit for emergency. ColoMachine 1U servers
are "super" low-cost
and affordable. Any serious webhosters or co-location providers should buy a
few spare units just for emergency.
Is just common sense.
