Can I use my old user name and password to access the new e-commerce
system?
You will need to create a new account for our
new e-commerce system. You should be able to choose the
same user name and password as your previous account.
I used to be able to
login to my account, but now I can not login into my account?
We have upgraded our e-commerce
system to offer better service. Unfortunately, we were
unable to port the existing user accounts from the old
system to the new one. If you had an
account before, please re-create another new
account with the same user name and password. We apologize
for the inconvenience.
How do I create a new
account?

Create a new account is easy. Please use the following
steps:
- Click the "LOGIN" button
located at the upper right side of Colomachine main
page.
- Click "Create Account"
button
- Complete the new account
form and you are done.
I forgot my
password. How do I reset my password?
- To reset your password, click "Password Lookup" button at
the account login screen.
- Enter your e-mail address
- Answer few security questions
- If your answer
is correct, you will receive your lost password via
e-mail.
- If you are still experiencing problem retrieving your
password, please send an e-mail to salescm@colomachine.com.
Why do I get the Security Alert dialog box when I click
Buy One or Login button?
After clicking the "Buy One" or "Login" button
you might see a security alert dialog box with message “You
are about to view pages over a secure connection“ This is part
of SSL or secure ordering/login feature of our e-commerce
system. Information entered into our e-commerce system
is going though a secure connection.
Simply click “OK” to continue your ordering/login process.
To avoid
further security alert message, check the box “In
the future, do not show this warning”
How do I check my order status?
- Click the "Login" icon from Colomachine main page.
- Click "MyOrders" button
- You should be able to view your order
status
What is MyOrder ?
MyOrder displays the status of pending
orders. This feature allows
you to track your order(s) with a tracking number,
order status, ship date and invoice number. Every thing
you need is listed MyOrder feature.
What is MyServices ?
MyServerices contain your most up-to-date contact
information and other service related
help features. You can request for defective replacement
(RMA number) or see the warranty information of purchased
products.
What is MyBasket ?
MyBasket listed all items you are planning to
purchase from colomachine.com.
What is MyPriceQuotes ?
MyPriceQuotes list all current and past price-quotes
you generated during the purchase process. The feature
allows you to review the current and past price quotes
as well as make a purchase of the quoted items.
What is User Information?
User Information contains your shipping to and
billing of your orders. You may modify and save
your personal profiles.
